Zoomcar — Refund of the Deposit amount

Unable to contact Zoomcar for refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via the Contact Us option in the app they do not respond to mails or give us a call back.
I had done booking last month still my refund is pending.
How to contact them.
Can anyone help in providing the details to contact them.
