Hi, My booking JPS6NT0EA for 25-Oct was cancelled by Zoom due to non availability of Car at Hyderabad Airport . It is now more than 70 days since the booking was cancelled by zoom but I have not received the refund till date. As per the refund policy the refund should have been received in 30 days.
There is no option to contact the customer service over phone without an open booking and they are not responding to issues submitted over email on their website. There customer service cannot be contacted in anyways to enquire about the refund
Please help as the company has just siphoned away the money.
I would like to receive the refund of the complete amount ASAP.
