I made a booking with zoomcar in April 2020, for 4th October 2020, ID : JPS6N1U47
where they had mentioned that at any given point if we cancel the booking, before travelling dates, the whole amount will be refunded.
Due to some reasons, we cancelled our trip in June 2020, since then we are waiting for our refund, but the company is not responding even. In earlier days, they responded and said it will be done in few days, then they asked for weeks and after that they are not responding anywhere, neither on emails, nor there customer care number is available. Its been more than 5 months now, that i am waiting for a refund. This is highly unprofessional of the company. Was this information helpful? |
