Zoomcar — Refund pending for 6 months | |||
I made two bookings one in June and the second in July, I haven't received my caution deposit refund including fuel reimbursement amount yet, and it's been 6 months. I have tried to contact Zoomcar through their in-app support a lot of times but in vain, they never get back to you! My booking IDs for the first and second booking are JPS6NPFWM and JPS6NSPPD respectively. The total pending amount is INR 3605. I have been afraid to continue booking more trips with ZoomCar for the same reason that they are not clearing refunds and customer support never responds. Was this information helpful? | |||
