Zoomcar — Refund Pending for my booking

I made a booking from 7th Nov 9:00 AM to 8th Nov 11:00 PM
booking id- JPS6NTNT1 according to the policy its 30 days which is already passed I still do not receive my refund its been more than 50 days,
Refund amount is - 3745 Rs
I dont understand what kind of service is this and now I will think twice before booking with you guys.
Customer service is zero I have mailed more than 10 times from the application but there is no response.
Please refund ASAP.
