Zoomcar — Refund pending from more than 35 days

Its been moe than a month that i cancelled one of my bookings(JPS6N2J4Y), i was told that i will receive the refund within 30 days but i am still waiting. I am in an urgent need for the money so please help me out and send in the refund as soon as possible.

Also one of my completed booking(JPS6N2Q1M) has some pending refund of the fuel and I haven’t received any update on that, so kindly look into it also.
