Refund my Booking amount as I am too frustrated with your service.
I booked the car on 17th March'21 at 9 Pm IST which had to be picked up at 10 Pm IST but your document verification makes 12 Pm but the parking closes at 11:30 Pm.
I had visited the parking 3 times but after successful verfication of the documents, it shows a new glitch for unlocking a car which can't be unlocked and shows me an error of TRY AGAIN.
I tried to call you many times at the pick up time, Your support department is too bad to response.
My whole plan is spoiled, I don't want any excuse just refund my money of ₹2858 and remove your app until your Customer support becomes responsive properly.
