Zoomcar — Refund Pending Since December 2 | |
It's been more than a month since my last booking with 'Zoomcar'. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 2110/- which I haven't received. There has been no update on it. I have sent two emails concerning the same using 'Contact Us' option in the app. There is no way to call them either and I haven't received any response from them despite 8 to 12 hours response time that they claim in their website.
