[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refund pending since January | |
I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 24th January 2021 with booking ID JPS6NNI67 but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and amount of Rs 10627 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 5th May 2021. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

We did check on the concern raised and we see that the refund has been successfully processed through the Cashfree link which has been shared with your registered number on 06/05/21.
