Zoomcar — Refund Pending since last 3 months_Booking ID# JPS6NDF87 | |
I had made a zoomcar booking on 05th Sep 2020 and unfortunately zoom car was unable to provide me the car and hence the booking was cancelled by Zoomcar. Until today I have not received my refund back to my account. I am unable to reach out to the customer care executives, I have dropped some 100 mails, but until today I have not received money. I am totally unhappy with the services and I suspect some fraudulent activities undergoing at Zoomcar. Request the team to look into this matter on priority and on a serious note and refund the balance of Rs. 4435 with 24% interest rate. Was this information helpful? | |
