On one of our bookings with zoomcar, within a distance of less than one km, we realised there have been several serious issues with our rented car like unsafe brakes, punctured tyre and unclean seats. The issue was reported immediately to the company, yet the company made us wait 3 hours constantly making us reconnect with 5 different executives. They miscommunicated us to end our trip by their definition of dropping the car without locking it, which cost us a loss of cancelling our planned trip along with 3 hours waiting time on the same location. Though they promised a refund after an inspection, yet they said it would take typically a duration of 7 working days. Now after exactly 7 days, I recalled them and they said the refund request has been rejected by the team. And no other request has been made. I feel helpless and cheated as I lost 7500/- ruppees without any fault of mine. This was really unexpected treatment from a company like zoomcar. I can just plead for justice on my side.
