I've booked WagonR-TS31A3776 from 26-Feb-2022 to 28-Feb-2022 booking id: JPS69BM4H, by paying Rs.6757 and re-fuelled Rs. 3468.89 on 26-Feb-2022. While driving the car found the car was not perfect but managed till 26-Feb-2022 till 8.30pm. As the car condition was not good, tried reaching the customer for almost 30min for alternatives however no luck. Hence ended the trip and dropped at location. Then tried reaching the customer care at around 9.30pm and the call connected at 10.15pm. Explained the entire scenario to executive but no use. Post a day sent an email to [protected]@zoomcar.com, not received any complaint number and revert too. Raised the concern via twitter, initially got revert stating they've processed the refund but did not get. Again, posted the same after 2 days, and received revert stating the refund cannot be processed as validation failed. I did not get any message that, if I end the trip before given time, the amount cannot be refunded. I want to know about trip refund. They are advertising, If I refuel the vehicle, I get the excess fuel amount but did not get the same. Need your help in both refunds
