1. Just an hour before the pick up time, host 1 said the car has gone for service and it is not available.
2. I was rushing for a business meeting. So, I wanted to cancel the booking and find out other way to go. But Zoomcar would give only less than 50% refund
3. So, I decided to book alternate car as zoomcar suggested and booked another car.
4. Host 2 did not respond directly, instead he had his mother talking to me without any clue for long time. Finally, he spoke and said the car is not available.
5. By the time it happened the original pick up time has crossed and now zoom car would not refund any and still recommend to book alternate car.
6. I had no time to play around and so made other arrangements outside zoomcar for my trip.
Finally, the total money I paid for the booking is gone, not because of my choice, but because of your service.
All along this scenario, I was trying to reach out to your customer service, but no use. Your chat service is useless and complete non-sense.
Finally, your WhatsApp link for feedback is also fake. All along it was very clear you take money, but doesn't want to get contacted by any means. I have had hard time dealing with the customer service personnel in the past, but never has experience such a situation, not even able to contact.
