I have booked a car from zoomcar on 19/08/2023. The booking was done for the date 20/08/2023. I got the booking confirmation but we will be able to take the car only after the verification process of my profile. I gave all the documents for the verification and uploaded it. But it didnt get uploaded on it as they were rejecting the profile verification. But still the booking was still there and I gave Rs 1778/-.I wasnt able to take the car on that day because the verification was still pending. I tried uploading in all the formats, and made it clear of all my documents like driving license, adhar card and my profile picture. I didnt get the refund also on that day. The verification process for our profile can only be done if we book a car and give the money in advance for it. The verification side is there to do. So if verification is not done then we wont be able to take the car and the money will be gone. Please make sure into this situation and help me out with the refund process on it. I tried contacting there customer care and they are not picking and also some numbers they were showing not available
