Zoomcar — Refund yet not received | |||
I had booked 2 trips in April and May and cancelled them after 1 week. I was supposed to receive refund within 1-2 weeks which the Zoomcar customer care kept telling it will be received within 30 days which was fine with me. It's been more than 5 months now after cancelling my trips and I still haven't received any refund from Zoomcar for my bookings. The total amount comes upto 11, 000 Rs. I am attaching booking reference and id with this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
