Zoomcar — Refundable deposit not refunded for over 3 months now | |
Booking ID: JPS6NDEL1 Email ID: [protected]@jgu.edu.in Phone number: [protected] Zoomcar is being highly irresponsible regarding the refundable deposit refund. This trip ended on 29th August 2020 and it has been over 3 months now and I haven’t received the money back. Total refundable deposit that was to be refunded to me was RS. 3814 and I was told it will be refunded within 30 days from the end date of the trip. After continuous calls I am not getting any response so this complaint should be rectified at least now. Was this information helpful? | |
