Cancelled my ride on 15 may. Yet to receive refunds.

They do not adhere to any guidelines. Very unprofessional. Do not have a customer care number nor do they respond to emails.
Their phone momentarily started working. I was given an update on 01 august that there was an issue with their systems and all refunds from may were effected. I was also told that the issue was solved and will positively receive the refund by 15 august.
August 17, nor have i reviewed the refund nor can i reach the the customer care. I have dropped an email again.
September 18: still their customer care is unreachable. No replies to email. Contemplating legal action next.. Was this information helpful? |
