[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refunds | |||
I had a booking for a car on 10 june 2020 booked through Zoomcar India. It's been more than one month now as on 17 July 2020 that I haven't received my refund back. I've tried to call their helpline multiple times only to be kept in line. I've also written about 10 e-mails to them but didn't get any answer back. I'm really disappointed in their services and would advice all the readers never to avail their services. I think filing a legal complaint against them is the only option left.
