This is in regards to my car booking no - JPSN7WK6L (15th-17th June 2022). After raising repeat queries and taking follow-ups with Zoomcar, I don't have any clear answer as to why my refunds are not being processed and there is no answer/call from your side.
The issues are -
1. The fastag was not loaded with money due to which I had to pay double the toll. As discussed with one of their agents, I was to get the extra amount back but not received it till now. I have attached toll receipts where I paid double the amount.
2. The car tires were in very very bad shape as told to us by a mechanic and broke down 2 times. We were told that the owner had done a temporary arrangement for the tyres due to which they got busted. Again as discussed with one of their agents, I was told I'll get the extra amount back but not received it till now. I have attached the receipt of the garage where we changed the tyres.
Total refund amount to be processed = Rs 8050
I have attached toll receipts, garage receipt, garage person's visiting card and a few more photos/videos depicting tires in bad shape and the new tyres that were put in.
