This is regarding booking IDs JPSN773K3 and JPSN771O9.
Made car bookings on March 21st in Mysore. For the first one customer care guy called me and informed that the booked car is not available. Hence i cancelled it. Refund of Rs. 1181 is pending.
I booked one more car. They said i can pick it up from Railway station. When I got down in Mysore railway station there is no car and they asked me to come 10kms to pick up the car. Again called them up and cancelled the booking after the agent promised a full refund. Refund of rs. 925 is pending.
There is no phone number to contact. When you call customer care it says u don't have bookings from the dialled number though i made both the bookings from this number. Sent several emails. Raised queries in the Zoomcar app.
Please assist.
