I rented a car from 24th of May to 28th of May. While the car came with Fastag, it was blacklisted and did not work. I called up Zoomcar customer care and they had asked me to pay the tolls in cash and they promised to reimburse all of it along with the penalty.
After ending the trip, I submitted a ticket for Fastag refund on 29th of May at 10:30 am. However, to my disappointment, after 4 days, there is no progress in the refund process.
In addition to the above, I took the car with 0% fuel and returned the car with 100% fuel, I will have to get a fuel refund as well, which is also something I have not received so far.
