Zoomcar — Regarding Booking ID : JPS6N9KVN

I am writing this with sheer disappointment of your service.

I have booked a Maruti swift car from the category in the app which says pick up from a nearby place and drop anywhere within the city limits. I booked the car at around 7:18 Pm(Booking ID: JPS6N9KVN). One I uploaded all my documents and the ride started, 1 hour after that I get a call from someone who claims to call from zoomcar and tells me that my ride has got cancelled and I need to return the vehicle where I picked it up from, to which my response was quite usual that I have taken the service as it is I don't have any plans of going back to the same place and also I am still using the car. This is where it all starts, about an hour after the call I try to end the ride however I don't get any option in the app. I kept texting on zoomcar support multiple times however there is no response, the app still showed the ride as cancelled, so I kept trying several different ways through the app to cancel the ride but all my efforts were in vain. The next day morning as well I kept calling the same person who called me the other night but he never picked up my call, I kept texting and calling and mailing zoomcar but never got a response until that day around 2 PM when I found a number from google and someone from the zoomcar team picked up and helped me to end the ride. Now she ended the ride from her end as there was still no option to end it from my app. After 36 -40 hours I received a call from another Zoom car agent who happens to be a lady(Don't recollect her name) and she was extremely rude. She tells me that the car has a damaged bumper and I need to pay 4000 INR and after disconnecting the call I receive a bill for 8000 INR.

Now my query is what kind of a fraud is this ?
I left the car in the same condition that I received.
I refuelled the car for about 500 INR and didn't even claim it.
I didn't get any option to end the ride.
I didn't get any option to upload the pictures and videos while ending the ride.

And now how it becomes my responsibility to what happens to your car after my usage was over? Why is it that I didn't get any option to upload the pictures and videos while ending the ride? How did you even end my ride without the pictures and videos.

There could be multiple things that could have happened with the car since I have left it, and how is that my responsibility ?

Please provide a response at the earliest and stop spamming my phone with multiple notifications to pay. Please provide a resolution asap.
