This is regarding the booking ID- JPS69VOUZ. I booked a vehicle for 25th January 2022.
I was conveyed the message that the vehicle booked is not available and requested to reassign another vehicle which was in a farther location from my house than the current location.
I was assured of cab charges for the upward and downward ride to the new location.
I completed the trip and dropped the vehicle at the location @ 9.30 PM on 26th January, 2022.
When I tried to complete the trip, neither I nor the owner of the vehicle was able to complete the trip on the app.
I even tried the customer care several times but for no use.
The next day I got a call from customer care asking for the drop details which I conveyed them clearly that the vehicle was dropped on time. The telecaller assured me to check with the client and complete the trip on the app. I also uploaded the cab receipts but didn't got any refund till date.
I booked another vehicle on 28th March, 2022 for 3rd April, 2022. I got a message that the vehicle will be cancelled for previous dues. I spoke with a telecaller on 1st April, 2022 and she assured she will talk with the previous vehicle owner and correct the extra charges.
But still my trip is cancelled and my last trip still has pending dues. Was this information helpful? |
