I have booked car and uploaded my license, it was rejected several times.
Customer support called and said for some security reasons your booking has been cancelled and on asking reason she replied we cant disclose reason to customer.
Then i checked profile verification section, my license got rejected as seen in attached screenshot.
What does it mean blacklisted?
How can it be possible to blacklisted when someone never used your services?
Either provide your services to all or not to anyone. Customer service executive misbehave and disconnect the call while I am talking to us . Others were turning things around by telling other reasons.
Plz initiated refund to my account 3198rs. Because it's very imp for me, I am booked a car for hospital it's a emergency . First time I have seen worst experience in zoom car booking .
