This is manohar from hyderabad.
I had booked a zoom car from 10/02/2022 2-00 pm to 11/02/[protected]pm.
During the start of the trip I was unable to unlock the car due to technical issues from zoomcar end, even the customer care executive was also unable to unlock the car. At last after contacting the customer care the owner has given me the key to unlock the car..
Before starting my trip I tried a lot to upload the odometer and fuel meter reading but due to the technical issues from you side I was unable to upload the images during the start and end of the trip.
The kms readings are as follows
Start - 53636
End- 54277
The fuel readings
Start -2%(the fuel readings are flashing and invisible as the car don't have any fuel in it)
End -25%
During the start of the trip I had informed your executive about the readings but he mentioned it as 30% insted of 2%
After my ride zoom car has initiated the fuel refund of Rs. 837/-
Now again it is showing me the outstanding amount of Rs. 837/-
Please verify it and solve the issue as early as possible..
