Zoomcar — Regarding refund and poor customer service | |||
I have booked a car in zoom car rental service and I've made the payment instantly, and later due to some external reasons i had to cancel my ride. I don't know why it takes them 30 days to initiate the refund to a customer. And I've been trying to contact them since a week, I've raised the issues on zoomcar app, I've done everything i could possibly do. None of them have contacted me till now.
