Zoomcar — Regarding refund money

I had booked car from ZOOMCAR company on 28th October 2020 for amount 8095.but unfortunately they cancelled my booking on 22nd November 2020.and they told me that the amount has been initiated in 40-45 working days.after overlapping the day..I called and mailed to zoomcar customer care regarding my refund, but they didn't respond. and I still didn't get any single amount from zoomcar
I request you to look into this matter and take a swift action against zoomcar company and help me to recover my money back.your promptness in this regard will be highly appreciated.
