Zoomcar — regarding refund related issue | |||
Regarding my past trip id : jps6nycjz. Trip has started and ended on 25th may'20 and 26th may'20 respectively. It's almost 100 days of completion of trip. But still i did not received my refund of 3000inr. Now a days its not possible to reach zoom customer care through call or mail. I have been connected with them couple of occasions, every time they will convinced me with "it will credit within 15 days" its been so far more than 3 months didn't received refund amount. Its not matter of money, but its matter of trust against the company and they need to respond to the customers about the deny in refund via mail or messages. Their reason for delay in refund is not optimistic, if the delay is because of server issue how they granting for new bookings and payments. Its totally fraudulent of zoom car. Same thing with me. It's been 100 days and they don't respond and they don't refund 14500 of mine. Cheating it is . Lost trust please don't book or provide your card details . My contact [protected]
