Zoomcar — Regarding the refund amount for cancelled trip | |
I booked a Zoom car with booking id JPS6N622D on 20/01/2021 due to the pickup location was very far i cancelled the booking of this zoom car. After the cancellation the refundable amount was 2, 335 which was to refunded in my account hasn't been refunded till now. It's been almost two months and till now i have't received my refundable amount. I am unable to connect with the zoom car customer service as the call didn't connect until we do any booking in the zoom car. After the cancellation of this i made another booking with booking id JPS6N62FS with nearby pickup location and after the completion of the trip i handed over the car at the pickup location after all the proceedings the refundable amount 423 which has to be refunded by the zoom car was also not be refunded since two months. Kindly please help me in this case . I have attached the screenshot of booking id and refundable amount and refund status too. please do help me. Was this information helpful? | |
