Zoomcar — Ride has been cancelled due to profile verification

I was not able to unlock the car as it was telling profile verification is in progress but my trip has been started and the amount has been taken at initial stages of booking.And they have mentioned clearly profile verification would be updated before my ride starts so I waited till my booking date.Now I haven't taken the car and amount has been redeemed.Ajd there is no customer assistance and chat bot also stopped responding after few messages.Very much disappointed with the service they have provided
I haven't started the trip or unlocked the car so I want refund to the money i paid
