Zoomcar — Security deposit and fuel refund not received | |
Hi Team, I am yet to receive the security deposit plus fuel charges for two trips done on 17 Sep and 8 Oct 2020. The booking IDs are JPS6NEKXO and JPS6NVRXC respectively. It has been more than 3 months since the trips are complete and there are no update from Zoomcar regarding the status of the refund. Request you to look into this issue and resolve it ASAP.
