Zoomcar — Security deposit not refunded after 3 months | |
I had booked a trip with zoomcar on 25th Dec but they called me up 2 hours before the journey to inform that my trip had to be cancelled because the car had an accident. No issue there but it's been more than 3 months now but they still haven't refunded my deposit. I have tried contacting them through every mode( even playstore) but to no success.
