Zoomcar — Self drive car complaint

Totally waste and unethical business these guys are running to start they gave me unsafe and dirty car for self drive where the accelerator was not working and I was traveling with my operated mom and expecting sister in law and nephew do you guys even inspect the car before listing the same... When complaint they are providing me 2000 credit wow means our lives are so cheap for you guys also one of the customer care rep promised a call with the manager today but failed to arrange the same...I need proper assistance in this matter and satisfying resolution at least have courtesy to connect with me and assist in a better way...
