I have booked a car from Zoomcar almost a month ago for 13th to 15th Aug. On 13 Aug, when I was supposed to get the car, they showed me on the website that the car was unavailable. They gave me a location and upon reaching there, nobody knows anything about Zoomcar there. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out and visiting various Zoomcar pickup locations around Bangalore, but everything went in vain. I tried to cancel but they showed that my journey had already started (without even a car, idk how). Now, I need the amount of 6600 back as refund at the earliest.
