Zoomcar — Services and Refund

I had booked Datsun Redigo on 22nd March at 2pm and i had received instructions to pick it up from a place - gopal yadava kirana shop. I roamed the place almost 45mins based on the location. there was no car available and it was a small gully and i used the Horn option on the app which failed to connect. Eventually i gave up and had to hire another vendor. I followed up since with Customer service to cancel and refund. first time cancellation wasn't done even after giving assurance and since then followed up and finally got the booking cancelled and they reverted only 300/- out of 4000. They charged me cancellation fees for that. I had to fight it out to ask them to refund. But all i get is 24hrs and 5-15days for refund, I'm so much fed up with such lying companies who are not even bothered to call and confirm. Kindly look into the same.
