Zoomcar — Still I didn't get refund

I have booked tata hexa with booking id:jps6nk3so
From 7 apr to 17 apr but due to lock down i had to cancel it which i have done on 29th march. I have already raised complaints via main regarding refund and i didn't got any response. Then i tried reaching office and it was open they said i will get my refund in a week. Still i didn't got refund and now i have visited office 3 4 time and it is closed. Now it's been more than 6months and i'm still waiting for my refund of rupees 16288
