Zoomcar — Supermiler elite rewards not received

I bought supermiler elite on nov 1 for 999 but didn't receive ant credits and free home delivery i tried to call them but their number is never reachable and i sent them mail i've been sending them mails for 7 days now but they are not responding. Its literally getting out of control and i cant keep calm now. I just want to straight away travel to bangalore and tell them what they deserve. I'm so much in anger right now.

I too faced this issue. I was charged twice but not received the elite membership. I reported this in mail but no reply from zoom car.
