Zoomcar — The car was not unlocked to start the trip, owner not agreed to take the car

I have booked car on 10th Feb 2024, On 11th Feb 2024 I went to the location to pickup the car and the owner started the procedure in his side and next I have to check in the car in the mobile app and it's showing error and it didn't get unlocked so owner denied to give the car as he said it will not start the car until it get unlocked in the mobile app. Owner also tried in possible ways to unlock but it is not done. So he said don't worry if you can't unlocking the car they won't charge anything, we tried for few minutes and we left back. Now the zoomcar didn't refund the money and I can't even connect customer care, owner is denied to give his personal number and through app I can't call to any person.. So please take my complaint and I am requesting to refund my amount after proper checking with owner and the issues.
