Today I booked through Zoomcar. Booking ID: JPSNCE2A8. The booked car Maruti Ritz from 2PM to 10PM on 10th of June, 2023. When I reached the card parking as shown came to know that the car is breakdown and can't take it. Called the customer care no[protected] couple of times and the assistant told me to cancel the booking after 2-3 mins. I cancelled the booking after 20 mins and came to know, the whole money is gone and will not get it returned.
ZoomCar killed my day, spend 500 Rs as Auto Fare to reach the spot, the whole plan got messed and finally they are cheating my hard earned money and their service desk is saying they can't do anything. Was this information helpful? |
