Date of incident : 14th september description : I have made a booking in zoomcar in september, booking id : JPS6ND08Z, After completion the refund of 4714 had to be processed. It has been more than 3 months the refund is not processed, there has been no response when will the refund be processed nor there has been any communication for the same .
