Zoomcar — They are running a huge scam and not giving refunds to any of their customers

I have booked mahinda thar on 23rd of September 2021 from zoomcar and they charged whole amount in advance. They sent me a car which has battery issues I've tried to contact them for 3 hours but they were not agreeing on battery issue as they had to waste time till the time of return and when the return time was passed they finally agreed there is a battery problem and they blamed me for not making any complaint. I have all the call recordings and video evidences against them could anyone guide me how to shut down these fraud companies?
