I booked a zoomcar and paid for the delivery option but at the delivery time the host called and informed that he cannot deliver the car and asked me to come and collect. It was not possible for me to travel 10km in heavy rains and collect as I was already late. I asked him to cancel the trip but to my surprise nothing happened and i got a message saying that my trip has started. Without even getting the car the trip was started and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. Since last 3 days I have called Zoomcar customer care 20-30 times and they haven't picked up even once. I have mailed them several times and there was no response. I had also left a review of Google play Store on which they replied they will get back to me but again no reply.
The car I had booked is on a trip without even getting the car. Zero response from zoomcar. For such pathetic service and horrible customer service would like a 100% refund along with compensation of Rs 10, 000 as stated in the policy. Was this information helpful? |
