First of all the owner of the car asked me to come to another location to drop the car which was different from the place I took the car. After reaching the spot the app did not let me end the trip without entering the end kms. There was no option to enter the end kms. I already shared the screen recording at the WhatsApp number +[protected] after talking with the customer support. There has been no update since Saturday and late returning fees has been added on my account. I am still unable to return the trip because it says that I have reached the OTP limit.
Many support tickets have been raised, but no one is replying to my emails and I am getting no response.
Need immediate support.
