I have my account registered with phone [protected]. I even uploaded images of my car as well. When I was trying to update my email, I was not receiving otps and then I was trying to update my bank details, it was showing that ‘your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity detected’. I tried to connect via support chat bot but it was of no use.I thought I’ll delete my account and start afresh.
But now, when I’m trying to login using my registered number, it’s showing the account has been blocked and I have been trying to reach zoomcar support team to let me know what needs to be done. I want to list my car on the app as soon as possible.
