[Resolved] Zoomcar — unable to unlock and end trip | |
I have taken pedl cycle from Jangali Maharaj Road Pune and went to Laxmi Road Pune. I have used a cycle for 15 min and then parked for approx an hour. After returning back I tried to unlock the cycle and resume my trip however it did not get unlock and trip is also not ended. I tried many times. So I have to leave my cycle at that place and went back home. After a while I have also tried to end my trip almost 10-15 times but the app is not doing anything. I got a message next day that you have incurred charges of 231. And now my trip shows live and continue to charge a money Cycle no.3235705 It's still at the same location Laxmi Road Pune.
