Zoomcar — Unable to update DL and app is not opening

I'm unable to open the app and use it as I was trying to update my DL.

I would like to update my DL as it is my wife's DL that was uploaded when mine was not accepted, and the account is in her name (Anamika Gupta) but the phone no is [protected] which is mine for the account. I would like to change this but cannot upload a new DL and change my name and gender. I have registered my wife's account separately under her mobile [protected]) and DL so we can be co-drivers.

But now I'm not able to access either of our accounts.

Kindly assist me as I would like to make a new booking for an upcoming trip.
