I had a booking with zoomcar for Ahemdabad airport.They charged extra for terminal delivery and the car was booked, Swift dzire.I reached the airport in the morning to realise the car is no where near the airport and is away 6 kilometres from the airport.I had to walk since the application was showing 1.5 km away later realising that the car was 6 kms away at some pay and park.Somehow managed to reach the location to find the car allotted to me is a wreck, accident vehicle, it was all dented and dirty covered in dust and bumper almost about to fall.When I call customer service the executive is telling me please get it repaired we will pay u, this is the kind of response that I get and moreover the call was disconnected purposely twice, these guys wasted 2 hours just to allott another car and I had to miss my important meeting.highy incompetent service executives and poor service going to complaint on consumer portal.
