We made two bookings with zoom car from 11th August 2023to 14th August 2023.these are the booking details JPSNC6064&JPSNC60F4. first of all iam telling issue with booking JPSNC6064 as per the schedule we have reached the location and submitted the vehicle images and try to start the vehicle but its not started. immediately i reached the host and explained the situation. the host said that you need push the vehicle to start. i told to the host i came alone to pick the vehicle. how can it possible. host said that its a battery issue. please cancel the booking you will get full refund from zoom. unfortunately I am unable to reach the customer care. without using their services why should i pay the amount. I need full refund . please help me regarding this issue.
this regarding JPSNC60F4 the same we went to collecct the car but its not available at location and tried to reach the host there is no response and unable to reach customer care. but they cancel the booking and refunded partial amount. i want justice from zoom car and help me to get full refund
