I have been a regular customer of Zoom Car for a couple of months, I also have been rated 5 stars by the previous hosts that I had booked the vehicle from...and now I have been trying to book a car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason or intimation, what's the point of maintaining the rating when you're going to be treated like this..?
Since then I have emailed almost 5-7 times to the Zoom car support but there has been no response from their side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but have not been able to connect with the representative.
