I'm Keshav Daga having a zoom car account with email- [protected]@gmail.com and phone- [protected]. I'm having national driver's license with no. JH11 [protected], which I haven't used in any other account of Zoom Car. On 13th December, 2022 I booked Zoomcar through Makemytrip for the very first time ever, the booking was successful and the payment was successful but just 30 min before the trip start time, booking was cancelled automatically and a mail came informing my license is blacklisted, this is a mistake because I have never ever used the license before in any other Zoomcar account neither had any fines as I haven't booked any zoomcar earlier. This incidence ruined our day as the trip plan got cancelled. I request to remove my license from blacklist and let me book zoomcar as soon as possible because I haven't done any such thing.
